Krista Stalcup, MBA · Executive Operations & Organizational Transformation

Give me the problem nobody owns.

I build the operating connection between strategy and execution—aligning people, customers, revenue, process and accountability so the work can move.

Based in Tampa Bay and pursuing full-time Director, Senior Director and VP opportunities in operations, organizational transformation, client and customer success, business development, growth and strategic partnerships.

This is how my brain works

Something does not make sense. I have questions.

I look for the point where a good idea loses value because the handoff is unclear. Then I connect the people, process, technology and measurement so it works in practice.

I do not begin with the playbook. I begin with the constraint—and the workaround everyone has learned to call normal.

01

Diagnose

Separate the visible symptom from what is actually creating the constraint.

02

Design

Define what needs to exist instead: ownership, process, structure, positioning or information.

03

Build

Create the usable system, team, workflow, operating rhythm or commercial infrastructure.

04

Move

Check the evidence. Did the result change? If not, keep asking why.

“She has a sense of urgency that is second to none…a positive influence in productivity, strategic initiatives and change management.”
Darryl L. Robinson
Former direct manager · LinkedIn recommendation, 2014

Selected executive results

Three environments. One operating pattern.

I did not use the same answer three times. I diagnosed what each operation was missing, built the system and tracked what moved.

Selected strategic work

This is what the thinking looks like before the answer is obvious.

The finished answer matters. So do the questions, connections and judgment that produced it.

Healthcare patient experience & growth strategy · Independent consulting case study

How do you connect a patient’s first question to the right care?

Independent consulting case study demonstrating a closed-loop patient journey, AIO-assisted navigation, cross-functional operating design, capacity planning and a measurable 60-day pilot.

What I was given

An interview-stage strategic exercise asking what Florida E.N.T. & Allergy could do better.

What I noticed

Useful patient-facing pieces already existed, but the public journey did not visibly connect every handoff from symptom question through follow-up.

What I questioned

How could patient context move across customer service, scheduling, physician selection, location and capacity without making the patient start over?

What I connected

Patient question → symptom or quiz → customer service → scheduling → correct physician and location → alternate-office rescue → visit → follow-up.

What I recommended

A two-physician, 60-day pilot with approved symptom language, scheduling rules, escalation paths, handoff testing and baseline-to-pilot measurement.

Executive growth assessment · WIND

What is limiting growth—and what could break next?

What I was given

A recruitment-stage organizational evaluation.

What I noticed

Gaps across marketing, website visibility, SEO, brand, content, membership and leadership risk.

What I questioned

Where role clarity, annual planning, succession and operating ownership could fail downstream.

What I connected

Digital visibility → member value → vendor growth → revenue opportunities, including vendor advertising → operating risk.

What I recommended

Priority opportunities, threats and the decisions leadership needed to make next.

Workforce venture diligence

What is fact—and what still has to be proven?

What I was given

Early venture research, assumptions and business-plan materials.

What I noticed

Facts, assumptions, opportunities and legal or regulatory questions were mixed together.

What I questioned

What was verified, what depended on governance and how employer demand would be validated.

What I connected

Evidence → implication → response; feasibility → architecture → pilot readiness → scale gates.

What I recommended

Staged validation, clear go/no-go decisions and proof before expansion.

Founder-owned implementation · Abundance of Sunshine

The field operation is only half the business.

What I was given

A family-operated business with real field capability and a model reshaped after hurricane disruption.

What I noticed

Good service delivery matters. It also does not build the website, answer the lead or remember the follow-up.

What I questioned

If someone found the business, would they understand the services, trust the proposal and know what happens next?

What I connected

Brand + local SEO + service architecture + content + intake + proposals + tracking + reviews, referrals and business development.

What I built

The brand, website, local SEO, service architecture, intake, proposal and lead-tracking systems—plus a Florida-specific creative direction featuring Sticks the frog. The frog was not the strategy. Being remembered was. Family leadership manages day-to-day field operations.
