Verified Outcomes & Executive Evidence

Credible leadership claims deserve visible support.

This evidence center distinguishes independently published outcomes, qualified internal operational measures and historical organizational context—so every claim can be read with the right level of confidence.

01 / Why Evidence Matters

Clarity strengthens credibility.

Leadership claims are stronger when the underlying result can be independently examined. This page separates published outcomes from internal operational measures and from contextual records that describe an organization or period rather than an individual leader.

Evidence rule: public percentages are linked to their official reports. Internal measures are explicitly labeled and qualified. Organizational context is never presented as proof of an individual result.

02 / Southern Technical College

Published employment outcomes.

These percentages appear in Southern Technical College’s published ACCSC Student Achievement reports for the Brandon campus. They occurred during Krista’s Career Services leadership and are presented as organizational outcomes—not as sole-person attribution.

03 / Cross-Check

Who supports what.

Each source has a specific evidentiary role. The outcome percentages come from STC’s published reports; accreditation and state records corroborate institutional context.

01 / PRIMARY OUTCOME SOURCE

Southern Technical College

Publishes the Student Achievement reports containing the 94%, 85% and 86% employment outcomes.

02 / ACCREDITATION FRAMEWORK

ACCSC

Provides the accreditation and student-achievement disclosure framework under which the reports are published.

03 / STATE CORROBORATION

Florida CIE

Corroborates the Brandon campus and identifies ACCSC as accreditor. CIE is not the source of the three percentages.

04 / Accreditation Chronology

Sequence, not personal attribution.

This chronology establishes institutional context. It does not imply that Krista caused or controlled accreditation changes.

The employment outcomes above were later published for cohorts falling within her leadership period.

05 / Everest & Corinthian

Operational result, carefully qualified.

Krista helped build a 50-person reentry function at Everest Online and contributed to reducing an internal operational attrition measure from approximately 45% to below 10% within eight months.

PERSONAL RESULT

Qualified internal measure

The ~45% to <10% figure is an internal operational measure—not a published regulatory outcome. It is intentionally stated with “approximately” and “contributed to.”

ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT

Separate public record

Federal enforcement records document the broader Corinthian/Everest environment. That context does not independently prove Krista’s individual operational result.

The internal result is preserved in Krista’s executive career materials with its qualifier and evidence label.

06 / Disclosure Standard

Evidence with the right boundaries.

This portfolio applies a consistent standard to public claims, shared results and internal measures.

Published vs. internal

Published outcomes and internal operational measures are never blended or presented as equivalent.

Methodology matters

Program, cohort and reporting methodologies may differ. The linked source report controls.

Attribution matters

Organizational and team results use “helped,” “contributed to” or “during her leadership” where appropriate.

Context is not proof

Accreditation and enforcement records clarify the setting; they do not establish individual causation.
