REAL ABUNDANCE OF SUNSHINE PROJECTS

Real work completed for homeowners, businesses and community properties across Tampa Bay. These projects show the care and practical problem-solving we bring to Florida homes and properties.

EXTERIOR RESTORATION

At Brandon Presbyterian Church, our team restored the steeple and brick gable end through mold removal, pressure washing, weather sealing, caulking, painting, window repair and replacement of damaged roof flashing. We also completed post-hurricane steeple and lightning-rod repairs at Korean Presbyterian Church of Tampa.

LIGHTING & OUTDOOR IMPROVEMENTS

Projects include permanent Govee lighting in Riverview, holiday lighting in Valrico and Plant City, and decorative pool and lanai lighting in Dover. We have also built beachfront cabanas, patios, landscaping and a miniature putting course in the St. Petersburg–Clearwater area.

REPAIRS & PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS

Recent work includes stair tread and nosing repairs in FishHawk, a second-story replacement window in Winthrop Village, a lean-to pole barn for a Lakeland dog-training business, HVAC lab floor restoration at a Brandon college, wood-flooring replacement in Tampa, and landscaping refreshes in Wesley Chapel and Thonotosassa.
